Cloud-based solution for logistics and order delivery

We are looking for ready-made solution to be used for logistics and items delivery traffic prediction using AI.
- The cloud solution should be able to interface with real time messaging IoT devices through technology such as mqtt
- The cloud solution should use object storage to access different kinds of data (In this case about vehicles for delivery)
- The cloud solution should use efficient computing using load balancer
- The cloud solution should be scalable using elastic servers
- The cloud solution should be private using VPC
- The cloud solution will have database using Mysql
