Now we’ve come to the second phase in our startup Challenge. This is the support phase. Remember, the first phase is the Search phase. There is no way around skipping the first phase. In this phase, you need more resources such as physical facilities, consultancy, mentoring services and technical support. You set up your enterprise and produce your MVP – Minimum Viable Product. You are ready at this stage to receive funding from angel investors and venture capital - though I’m not in favor of outside funding as organic growth is more sustainable for your business.
