1- Preparing budget & forecasting services; this includes gathering data from concerned departments (financial and non-financial), applying statistical methods to analyze data, and managing to budget, and forecasting committees till the point of presenting the final budget for board approval.
2- Variation analysis periodically (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) for finance and non-finance KPIs and advising for needed correction actions.
